“The EU-Armenia political cooperation is successfully developing,” Secretary of the RA National Security Council, Chairman of the Commission set up to coordinate Armenian government agencies’ cooperation with European institutions, Artur Baghdasaryan stated at the Commission’s sitting Oct 22.

“We can register serious progress in the EU-Armenia relations, and the 2009-2010 program is implemented on schedule,” Baghdasaryan said.

RA Deputy Foreign Minister Karine Ghazinyan informed the participants of the negotiations for an association agreement, the press service of the RA National Security Council informed NEWS.am.

RA Deputy Minister of Justice Nikolay Arustamyan presented the results of discussions on problems of justice, freedom and security.

The meeting summed up the results of the actions planned for the 3rd quarter of 2010, according to the schedule of measures to implement the Armenia-EU program of action under the European Neighborhood Policy.
