On October 23, two dead bodies of contract servicemen were found in a department of Russian Border Service at RF Federal Security Service in Yerevan, but not in the Russian military base in Gyumri, press service of Russian Border Service told NEWS.am. “The details of the incident are not disclosed following the interests of the investigation,” the press service reported.

As NEWS.am reported previously, the bodies of contract servicemen, 27-year-old Armen Zakaryan and 39-year-old Artur Yenokyan (both are citizens of the Russian Federation), with multiple stab and bullet wounds were found in one of the restrooms at 09:39 a.m. Oct 23. The RA Police service said the Erebuni police department received the information from the Gyumri-base military unit.

The Military Investigation Department of the RF Investigation Committee is conducting an investigation.
