It is time for the OSCE Minsk Group to condemn Azerbaijan’s military rhetoric and Baku’s regular provocations in the line of contact between Azerbaijani and NKR armed forces, Republican Party MP Artak Zakaryan said in the Parliament.

He stressed that Azerbaijan is unlikely to resume hostilities, as in this case it will lose the only bargaining chip – attractiveness of its gas and oil industry for world community, therefore money coming from this sector. “If Azerbaijan tries to resume war, it will face the same outcome as it did in 1992,” MP said.
