On the occasion of International Volunteer Day (IVD), December 5, Union of Armenian Volunteers will come forward with an initiative “Another day for Yerevan”.

On December 5, at 10 a.m. the volunteers will gather near Barekamutyun metro station, Alexander Tamanyan’s monument and the building of the Red Cross office.

The volunteers will be provided with all the necessary accessories, particularly rubbish bags, gloves and other accessories.

International Volunteer Day is an international observance designated by the United Nations since 1985.
