Secretary of the RA National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan held a meeting with a Polish delegation headed by Mr. Dominik Wojewodka, Ph.D., Eng. President, ECOTECH Polska Sp. z o.o., December 14.

The Polish company is the EU largest company specializing in recycling hazardous waste. The sides discussed the problem of recycling the waste at the Nubarashen waste storage in Yerevan.

Baghdasaryan pointed out the need for resolving the problem hazardous waste both in Nubarashen and in other places.

Mr. Dominik Wojewodka informed the Armenian official of the company’s potential. He stressed the urgency of the problem, as the waste poses a threat to the environment.

The sides arranged about signing a memorandum between the ECOTECH Company and the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.
