Ryan Russell was struck by a snowplow driven by Kachkar.

Richard Kachkar was injured and taken to hospital.

According to the newspaper, Richard Kachkar went to school in Armenia over 20 years ago and studied architecture. After moving to Canada he worked for a pharmaceutical company.
