“Turkey has two kinds of neighbors, particularly friendly ones and those who will become Turkey’s neighbors in the future. We consider Armenia will become a friendly neighboring country of Turkey,” Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated at the PACE winter session, Jan. 24.
Davutoglu also answered the Armenian delegate’s question, conditioning Armenia-Turkey rapprochement by Karabakh conflict resolution, Haberaktuel website reports.
