The Czech company "Energy" is to start the construction of a new thermal power plant and a coal mine in Tkibuli, Georgia. The project is to be launched late in 2011 or early in 2012.

The project is estimated at €500 to 700 million.

The loan will be issued by the Paris office of the Societe Generale bank. The project is expected to be completed in four years, Trend reports.
