On February 9-13, Minsk hosted the 18th Minsk International Book Fair.

Armenia and Azerbaijan also participated in book fair. Unlike Armenia, Azerbaijan presented books on national discrimination and hostility. When the members of the Armenian delegation invited the organizers’ attention to the fact, the organizers called Azerbaijani representatives to replace the books. Azerbaijanis were unable to satisfy the organizers’ request due to lack of other literature and were forced to leave the exhibition.
