Official Baku has found a new way of using its militant rhetoric. Specifically, it states that no international legal norm can prevent Azerbaijan from restoring its territorial integrity, Artak Zakaryan, a Parliament member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) told journalists March 7.

It is part of Azerbaijan`s militant rhetoric, which has become "more civilized." However, it has not basically changed. Azerbaijan`s militant rhetoric is not mere words. Rather, it causes victims on the line of contact.

"After the Azeri commando`s body was handed over to Azerbaijan following the Astrakhan meeting, Azerbaijan organized a funeral that resembled a second funeral of Heydar Aliyev. That step was aimed to keep tension high in society. The Azeri side`s actions are evidence that Azerbaijan is not acting in the spirit of peace talks," Zakaryan said.

Azerbaijan`s militant rhetoric and acts of sabotage are aimed not only at keeping bellicose mood in society. Azerbaijan is trying to cast a shade on Armenia by showing the Armenian side is allegedly violating the ceasefire.

Azerbaijan`s diplomatic failures accounts for its steps, as Azerbaijan has reached a diplomatic stalemate.
February 27 to March 5 Azerbaijan committed over 240 ceasefire violations on the contact line between the Armenian and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces. The Azeri side made over 1,200 shots, with the most intense shooting registered on March 3 and 4.

Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier that at 2:30 p.m., local time, March 4, the Azeri side violated the ceasefire, which claimed the life of the Armenian soldier Grigor Shakanyan (born in 1991).
Another Armenian soldier was injured as a result of March 4 violation.
