The fact that the Armenian parliamentary delegations are experiencing difficulties within international agencies is not a result of their unprofessional activities. Issues on corruption, bribery, monopolies and oligopolies are constantly raised in these organizations. They often have no answers to these issues, leader of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) Vahan Hovhannisyan told a press conference on Friday.
“We cannot always cite an example of Azerbaijan, without mentioning other arguments. Reforms are carried out rather slowly in Armenia. Regress is observed in many spheres,” Hovhannisyan noted.
