OSCE Minsk Group should give a concrete response to Azerbaijan’s non-constructive behavior. Azerbaijan goes on violating the ceasefire regime and its uncompromising stance hinders to conduct an international monitoring in the line of contact between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces, MP from Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Artak Zakaryan stated in the Armenian National Assembly.

Meanwhile, the parliamentarian stressed the Azeri leader’s warlike statements indicate he fails to control over the situation in the country. “If Azerbaijan implements its military threats, the third Armenian state will be established,” the MP said.
