The OSCE Minsk Group is the most professional format to resolve the Karabakh conflict, that is the most efficient, Hovhannes Sahakyan, MP from Republican Party, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He stressed that the Minsk Group, unlike other structures seeking for a mandate to resolve the Karabakh conflict, has studied thoroughly background of the problem and will never make ungrounded or biased statements. “Unlike other international structures, statements of the OSCE Minsk Group are balanced and unbiased, as the mediators pay regular visits to the region, visit the line of contact and are familiar with the real situation in the conflict zone. Meanwhile, the reports of many international organizations on Nagorno-Karabakh are written in the offices of officials under the influence of various geopolitical and oil and gas factors,” he said.
