YEREVAN. - During the forum held in Yerevan this week, the Arkhangelsk region of Russia and Armenia signed three memorandums on cooperation in economy, science, tourism, high technologies, and culture.
The documents were signed by representatives of the Arctic University and the Social Project Support Fund (Russia) and by the Armenian National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Economy, and Ministry of Transport and Communications of Armenia.
