YEREVAN. – It is time for the OSCE Minsk Group to indicate those responsible for ruining the Karabakh peace process, Aram Safaryan, secretary of Prosperous Armenia parliamentary group told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The MP stressed that Azerbaijan used time given to the sides to review their positions after the OSCE summit in Astana to toughen its approaches.
“Nonconstructive path chosen by Azerbaijan leads to nowhere – to breakdown of talks. The OSCE Minsk Group should indicate it clearly,” he said.
It was reported on Friday evening that Azerbaijani snipers injured one and killed two Armenian soldiers. Nagorno-Karabakh MOD issued a statement regarding the incident.
