YEREVAN. - An agreement which may be reached by Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents in Kazan will rule out hostilities, military expert David Jamalyan told at a press conference on Tuesday.

The expert noted that Azerbaijanis attach no importance to international agreements which was proved for several times.

“Only threat of force can withhold Azerbaijan from new adventures. The Azerbaijani authorities realize that international situation is unfavorable for a new war. They understand that the Armenian side is not that weak to get an easy victory,” Jamalyan said.

The Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents are scheduled to meet on June 25 in the Russian city of Kazan.
