YEREVAN.- Armenia’s Ministry of Economy submitted to the Government an agreement on cooperation with China in the field of tourism.

According to the draft agreement, the parties will promote cooperation between tourist representations, tour operators and other organizations in order to increase influx of tourists from two countries.

In addition, Armenia and China will try to simplify procedures for tourist visits.

According to the UN World Tourism Organization, China is one of the leading tourism markets in the world.
