Enterprise Incubator Foundation plans to open the first regional mobile-laboratory in Armenia in 2011, director of the foundation Bagrat Yengibaryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Yengibaryan believes that mobile solutions will have major international role. Thus, lab with mobile producing organizations will grant opportunity to programmers and other professionals to work on mobile solutions satisfying modern demands for various fields of economy. 

“The first regional lab for mobile solutions will cover eleven states from Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus, including Azerbaijan, and Central Asia. Later we will expand our geography,” director told and added that lab experts will offer solutions for smartphones and other types of mobile devices.

World Bank, government of Finland and Nokia Company implement the project.  M-Lab will operate at Armenian Polytechnic University in Yerevan.
