TBILISI. - At the initiative of Kvemo Kartli Public Information Center and Women and Peace organization and with the support of local government Georgian-Armenian Youth Camp named Together for a better future was opened in Bolnisi, reports Georgia-line.

Its goal is to raise young people’s awareness of the basic facts about the two countries, as well as establishing contacts between the participants, which will pave the way for cooperation of border regions of Georgia and Armenia.

During one week the camp will host around 20 youngsters. They will have seminars, debates and working meetings. Cultural and sporting events are also in the schedule.

The camp hosts youth from Dmanisi, Bolnisi and Ninotsminda (Georgia) and Noyemberyan (Armenia).
