VANADZOR. – Police disclosed bribery case by a Dean at the branch of Armenian State Polytechnic University in Vanadzor city.
Police department on struggle against organized crime on August 23 received a report on the Dean at the branch of Armenian State Polytechnic University in Vanadzor, police press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. The Dean Henrik Hakobyan demanded and accepted bribe of $1500 to allow the student to join the program. Besides, in 2008-2011 he took bribe in the amount of $1300 from the same student to excuse all the exams and absences. Investigation is underway.
