Spaniard to referee football match between Armenian and Irish national teams

Well-known Spanish referee Iturralde Gonzalez will officiate at the final Group B match in Euro 2012 qualifiers between the national football squads of Armenia and Ireland. The game will be held in Dublin on Tuesday.In Group B, Ireland, with 18 points, and Armenia, with 17 points, will face one another to clinch 2nd place in the Group and go to playoffs to qualify for Euro 2012.   

Theoretically, however, the Irish still can pass the Group’s current leader Russia, which currently has 20 points, and top Group B.
