Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Thursday signed a decree on the dismissal of Gurgen Nersisyan from the position of Minister of State, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the information department of the Artsakh President's Office.

And according to another presidential decree signed on the same day, Samvel Shahramanyan was appointed Minister of State, being relieved of the position of Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council.

As reported earlier, the President of Artsakh announced Thursday that he will submit his resignation to the National Assembly Friday.
