YEREVAN. - The Instigate Systems Company is the first venture to carry out software production in Karabakh (Artsakh), and it is successful, Union of Information Technology Enterprises informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.    

On April 22, 2011, Instigate Armenia Company’s shareholders had decided to establish a sister company in Karabakh, and the sister company was registered by the name of Instigate Systems, on May 20, and it makes computer system designs.   

Prior to founding of the sister company, Instigate had opened a training center in Karabakh’s capital, Stepanakert.

Also, the Company signed an agreement with Artsakh State University, whereby online courses on computer programming will be organized for 2nd-to-4th-year students of the University’s Department of Physics and Mathematics.
