YEREVAN. - Armenian Communists marked the 94th anniversary of Great October Socialist Revolution. Armenian Communist Party, Young Communist League of Armenia, as well as leadership of the Progressive United Communist Party of Armenia lay wreaths and flowers to the monument of the first head of the of the Armenian Soviet Republic Communist Party Alexader Myasnikyan and the head of Baku Commune, Lenin’s closest collaborator Stepan Shahumyan.

In his speech, the first secretary of the Communist Party Ruben Tovmasyan and chairman of the United Progressive Communist Party of Armenia Vazgen Safarian emphasized the crucial role of the October Revolution in the liberation of workers from capitalist oppression.

Around 200 people attended the event.
