Without exception, all the authorities of Armenia, in fact, have negotiated on territorial concessions in favor of Azerbaijan. This was stated Friday by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, during the discussions of the report on the progress and results of the 2023 implementation of the 2021-2026 program of the Armenian government at the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly.

According to the FM, Armenia has made all efforts to prevent the de-Armenianization of Nagorno-Karabakh.

"We have nothing to do with it. We tried to ensure that the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh remain in their historical homeland. In response to this, the political elite of Nagorno-Karabakh began to change power. They sent a person who had power for only a few days, and he issued a decree on the dissolution of Nagorno-Karabakh," said Mirzoyan.

To note, this was preceded by repeated statements by the current authorities of Armenia about recognizing Nagorno-Karabakh as "part of Azerbaijan."
