YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia on Thursday deemed urgent the draft amendments for 32 laws, and these amendments are introduced to the National Assembly. This refers to the “tax package” which, however, is not made public on any official website, as of yet.     

During the Government session, Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan announced that, with the approval of this tax package, it would be necessary to secure the normal procedure for 2012 State Budget’s parliamentary approval.   

That is, the Government wants for the tax package to be approved prior to the state budget’s approval, which will take place in December.
