Armenia did not join the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly's statement condemning the terrorist attack in Moscow Region. Nelly Ghulyan, the press secretary of the speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.

"Armenia has frozen membership in the CSTO. There was a proposal by the CSTO to the Armenian side; we have rejected [it]," Ghulyan noted.

Parliamentary delegations of the CSTO member states have issued a joint statement condemning the terrorist attack that took place on March 22 at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow Region.
