An earthquake with magnitude 1.9 has occurred near Yerevan, the Seismic Service of Armenia reports.
The tremors were recorded at 17:10 local time; the epicenter was located 8 km northeast of the Armenian capital.

The intensity of tremors in the epicenter was 2-3 MSK. The earthquake was felt in Yerevan, as well as in Garni and Dzorakhbyur.
