YEREVAN. - The Control Chamber of Armenia found financial abuse in the activities of "One Nation - One Culture" fund manager Tamar Poghosyan, formerly a member of Rule of Law, presently Prosperous Armenia Party, Control Chamber press service informed Armenian News - NEWS.am.

According to the Chamber’s report, expenses of the fund for 2008 – 2010 do not meet budget financing: cash flow has been registered as actual and the annual balance was spent on the needs of the fund at the discretion of the director.

In particular, the expenses of the fund (under the Ministry of Culture programs) in 2009 exceeded those in 2008 - AMD 18.6 million, in relation with AMD 12.8 million.

In addition, the employees received salaries and bonuses at total amount of AMD 4.8 million in the framework of Days of Performing Arts program in 2010.
