TBILISI. - The workers of Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs Javakhk department have arrested the man who is suspected in murdering a pregnant Armenian woman, the Georgian Pirveli agency informs.

According to the agency the suspect is 45-year-old Vardan Vantsyan.

“Vantsyan murdered his wife Elmira Vantsyan. He took a sword from his own house, entered the stable and stabbed his wife. 11 of the stabs were deathly. His wife died on place,” the police of Javakhk announced.

The arrested has acknowledged his guilt. Investigation is underway.
