YEREVAN. – Khoren Hovhannisyan, former head coach of Armenia’s national football team and of Pyunik FC, is currently considering the coaching offers he received from several clubs.  

He will announce his final decision on Monday, Hovhannisyan’s wife Julietta told Armenian News-NEWS.am. “My husband has several invitations from the clubs of different countries, but he has not yet made his final decision. Khoren will return to [capital] Yerevan on Monday, and after that will it be known as to which option he will choose.” 

According to some sources, Uzbek professional league’s newcomer Locomotive club of capital Tashkent is interested in Khoren Hovhannisyan’s services. 

To note, Hovhannisyan successfully played in  FC Pakhtakor Tashkent, in 1990-1991, and helped the team qualify for former USSR’s premier league.
