YEREVAN. – The fulfillment of the revenue portion of this year’s Armenian state budget is in serious jeopardy, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.

“This becomes apparent from the Finance Ministry’s bulletin. The problem is that 93 billion drams [approx. US$ 243,176,614] need to be collected, in December alone, to secure the entire year’s revenue portion of the state budget. But a monthly average of 69 billion drams [approx. $180,421,359] were collected between January and November,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
