YEREVAN. - If the current landlord of Armenian famous writer Hovhannes Tumanyan’s house will be provided with a likewise house he would move out of Tumanyan’s house in respect to Hovhannes Tumanyan and the Armenians. President of Armenia’s writers union Levon Ananyan who has just arrived from Tbilisi told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“We met the landlord of the house. The negotiations were fruitful. Our fears were wrong. As it came out the landlord was not a businessman, he is an intelligent young lawyer who values Tumanyan. The young man is planning to get married and needs a home,” Ananyan mentioned.

At the same time Ananyan told that the owner is ready to give the house to the Armenian side if the Armenian side would give him a likewise house in return. The Armenian side has got one month to respond to the offer.
