STEPANAKERT. - The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Azerbaijani captive taken by the Armed Forces of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Red Cross representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh visited the Azerbaijani who was taken as captive on Monday by Karabakh’s Armed Forces on Thursday morning, the press service of the ICRC delegation to Yerevan informed.

The press service of the ICRC Yerevan office also confirmed that information spread by the Azerbaijani media that the representatives of the Baku delegation visited the Armenian hostages taken by the Azerbaijanis. The ICRC Yerevan delegation confirmed that the Red Cross representatives handed letters from their families to the hostages and took letters from them.

Currently Azerbaijan has taken 3 Armenian soldiers and an Armenian family consisting of 5 as hostages.
