ATHENS. – Armenia’s Embassy in Iran organized Sunday, at Tehran’s Ararat Sport and Cultural Complex, a celebratory event devoted to the Armenian Armed Forces Day 20th anniversary.

The event brought together Iranian state and military officials, social and political figures, Armenian MPs of the Iranian parliament, members of the diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited in Tehran, military attachés, representatives of the domains of art, science and economy, Iranian Armenians, and news reporters, MFA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Armenia’s Ambassador to Iran, Grigor Arakelyan, addressed those present with brief remarks.

In his turn, the Armenian Embassy’s military attaché delivered a brief presentation on the past twenty years of Armenia’s Armed Forces.
