YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Police Force officers detained Tuesday, from a capital Yerevan apartment, Artur Harutyunyan, 42, who was previously convicted three times.

By a court ruling, Harutyunyan was declared wanted, ever since Monday, for avoiding serving his sentence, Police Force informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
