Former head of Google sells shares for $1.5 million

Former head of Google Eric Schmidt is going to sell 2.4 million shares for about $1.5 billion.

Thus, businessman’s shares will reduce from 2.8% to 2.1%, The Sydney Herald reports.

Google notified the Commission that 56-year-old Schmidt expects to earn money and diversify his portfolio.
