Armenian MP-businessman to run for next parliament

YEREVAN. – MP Samvel Alexanyan decided to run for the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for May 6 in Malatsia-Sebastia district in Yerevan, he told Armenian

Rumors on his candidacy were approved by ruling Republican Party (RPA) MP Ruben Hayrapetyan, on this regard Alexanyan said that what Hayrapetyan has said is the truth.

Earlier Armenian had talked to Alexanyan on his candidacy, however he had said it depends on the residents’ will in his district. Asked whether he has conducted survey on residents’ will, he gave a positive answer.

The MP could not manage to provide information on campaign projects as he was at the airport, returning to Armenia from France.
