Armenian PM congratulates Vladimir Putin

YEREVAN.- Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential race.

In a letter he expressed confidence that strategic partnership between Armenia and Russia will get a new impetus.

Armenian Premier wished Vladimir Putin new achievements in his career.
