YEREVAN. – All know who comprise the off-parliament opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), where the majority of the members are ‘agents’ carrying out orders from abroad, ruling Republican party MP Ruben Hayrapetyan told the journalists on Thursday. 

Asked how Hayrapetyan knows the ANC list when it is not yet announced, the MP said half-serious, half-joking that the list is announced after he signs it.

As for possible after-election developments, Hayrapetyan believes that people are so reasonable not to vote the wrong person twice.
