YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Grand Tobacco Company owner Hrant Vardanyan will soon leave the country together with his family, or all kin and kinsmen, Hayatsk daily writes, referring to its reliable information.

“[Vardanyan’s] Sons Karen and Mikayel were MPs in this [National Assembly] NA. [But] Karen has refused to become a deputy. [And] It became apparent, at the last moment yesterday [Thursday], that Vardanyan’s older son [Mikayel] also does not intend on nominating his candidacy again. In his stead, Grand Tobacco nominated two persons as [MP] candidates: a [female] tobacco worker named Susanna Abrahamyan and Marina Marabyan, who are not known by anyone in the region,” Hayatsk writes.
