The Minsk Group will try to keep the balance, but a balance does not mean speaking the same way with the conflicting parties. 

“The MG keeps the balance, but changes in style by putting the stress on Azerbaijan. It cannot be ruled out that the future MG statements will be sterner,” 168 Zham quoted Minassian as saying.
