YEREVAN. – It is already July 15, yet there is no constitutional draft in Armenia, reported Zhamanak daily.

“We have learned that the [Specialized] Committee [on Constitutional Reforms] fails to agree on several matters that are seemingly unimportant, yet extremely fundamental for some [political] parties.

“One of them is: Who ultimately shall elect the president of the republic?” wrote Zhamanak.
