YEREVAN. – The companies, which rebuilt downtown capital city Yerevan’s areas—including today’s Northern Avenue—which the Government of Armenia had declared eminent domain, are going bankrupt, reported Zhamanak daily.

“In the meantime, some of them have not recompensed for the apartments of the people who were evicted from the Center [of Yerevan].  

“And it is unknown who is going to recompense the several dozen [these] residents,” wrote Zhamanak.
