YEREVAN. – The diplomatic sources of Haykakan Zhamanak daily claim that the foreign minister of the Republic of Armenia (RA) is holding talks with the FMs of the European Union member countries, to neutralize the report entitled “Escalation of Violence in Nagorno-Karabakh and Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan,” the daily wrote.

“Naturally, it is not possible to completely neutralize this disgraceful anti-Armenian report, which will be considered at the PACE [i.e. the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe] January session, and [therefore] an attempt will be made to at least neutralize the anti-Armenian wordings in it.

“According to our information, in case of failing in January, too, the RA authorities are discussing the option of boycotting the PACE winter session,” Haykakan Zhamanak reported.
