YEREVAN. – Republic of Armenia (RA) President Serzh Sargsyan’s address at the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in Moscow has become the most discussed topic in recent days, 168 Zham daily reported.

“It is not ruled out that, yes, if not the speech altogether, but the section on Turkey was agreed with Moscow.

“[But] regardless of the motives and backstage agreements, the RA authorities acted from dignified positions for the first time in years, which moved the just enthusiasm of the (…) circles.

“This example shows what is most lacking to Armenia, as a state, to our state institutions.

“Yes, it is dignity; the ability of a sovereign country to act from the positions of an independent state.

“In Moscow, Serzh Sargsyan perhaps solved problems that are not visible; perhaps they are interconnected with Russian or other interests. But despite everything, in Moscow, Serzh Sargsyan saved the Armenia society’s dignity, which seemed irrevocably violated,” 168 Zham wrote.
