YEREVAN. – Armavia airline company proprietor Mikhail Baghdasarov has been offered the position of Vice President of Georgian Airlines, Hraparak daily reported.

‘“I paid Armavia’s debts with Mika Cement. I’ve started everything from a new page,’ Baghdasarov said in his interview given to Newmag monthly [of Armenia], [and] where he [also] revealed the formula for the bankruptcy of Armavia, the first and only national air carrier of Armenia.

“The fact is that the bankruptcy of Armavia was a result of mismanagement. So, our [Georgian] neighbors will either cause problems for themselves by their own doing, or prove that the talk about Baghdasarov’s mismanagement is unfounded,” Hraparak wrote.
