YEREVAN. – According to the Hraparak daily’s sources in the American Armenian community, Armenia’s ex-PM Tigran Sargsyan, who is completing his diplomatic mission in the US as Ambassador, and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party organizations in the US were involved in a litigation against an American law firm during the last several months, according to the daily.

“The matter was that, according to the will of an American Armenian benefactor, a 1.2-million-dollar donation was foreseen for YSU [i.e. Yerevan State University].

“The organization in charge of the will, however, refused to transfer the money to YSU for months, arguing that the wording in the will is not clearly marked.

“We were unable to find out who this benefactor was. We found out, however, that the money has been sent to YSU,” Hraparak wrote.
