Hayots Ashkharh: No terms for dialogue between Armenian authorities and opposition
YEREVAN. – Nobody can determine the terms for the dialogue between Armenian authorities and opposition, MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Gagik Minasyan stated in an interview with Hayots Ashkharh newspaper.
The dialogue aims to consider the issues on the agenda and come to conclusions.
According to him, the terms for the dialogue are out of the question.
“If the delegation of the Armenian National Congress has set terms, their activities cannot be effective. Meanwhile, I do not rule out the political force will blackmail to achieve its goals,” Minasyan noted.
