YEREVAN. – In an interview with the Hayots Ashkharh daily, Chairman of the Armenian National Assembly Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs, and opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party MP, Hrayr Karapetyan, stated that the Police Force is that very system where periodic rotations are necessary.   

“The Police Force is obligated to be a mobile structure. I welcome the new Police Chief’s reshufflings and his principled personnel policy. I also believe that thanks to the steps being taken, the police [officer’s] and the Police Force’s social standing will noticeably grow,” Hrayr Karapetyan said.
